You have to turn your deck off and on to get it to kick in again. The nifty little thing (although I could see it as being a downside to some people) is that it comes with a control knob you can mount on your dash board that allows you to turn your subs up or down.

It never turns them down all the way, but if you’re getting cutout at some songs you can turn them down to avoid the issue and then turn it back up when it needs that extra kick. I’ve haven’t blown a fuse as of yet and I’ve owned this thing for over three months at this point."
